Uniq Skill Development Academy Pvt.Ltd., (USDAPL) is the first multi utility training Centre and first of its kind in the India. It will be a Centre of training for those who want to serve the country and uphold its greatness, prestige and honour. Whoever wants to serve India being a solider or security personnel will get training and those who wants to represent India in national and international events and sports will be given necessary international quality training will all required facilities. Uniq Skill Development Academy Pvt.Ltd.,(USDAPL) will provide overall and specially designed training for its inmates. With Knowledge, Service and Patriotism being the theme, Uniq Skill Development Academy is a specially designed centre for those who want to join the Indian Armed forces and serve the nation. Along with uniform services training academy is working hard to create awareness among the youth of Karnataka in general and the students in particular, about the armed forces. The private security sector is expected to create 7.5 million jobs in coming decade, with the Government of India training mandatory for the security personal, there will be huge requirement for highly qualified and dedicated security personal in coming years. The training at academy will serve the needy and unemployed youth to seek respectable and highly paid, prestigious opportunity and will provide security to their dependents.

Training

At Uniq Skill Development Academy training will be available in the following sectors:

a) Pre-recruitment training for Armed Forces: the main goal of Uniq Skill Development Academy is to provide pre-recruitment training for youth particularly from Karnataka to join the Indian Army, Navy, Air force and Para military forces such as BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP and etc and state services such as the Police, Fire and Civil Defence, to fulfill the quota allotted for Karnataka according to the population. Along with the above the training for security personal will also be given s per Government of India norms. The training includes Physical fitness, mental ability and for preparing the aspirants for the written examination. The selection of candidates will be done by Board of authority constituted for the purpose.

b) Corporate training: to ease the stress and work pressure among the corporate employees and make them to rejuvenate for their work, Uniq Skill Development Academy will organize weekend and regular courses for the employees of corporate sector. This includes yoga, meditation, personality development course, stress management and more to create and increase the efficiency among them. Suitable medical and psychology doctors will assist the employees to reduce stress and rejuvenate themselves with confidence, which will boost their work efficiency.

c) Education: keeping in mind the training available at the Sainik schools the Uniq Skill Development Academy is planning to provide good 10+2 teaching for the candidates who join the pre-recruitment camp. During their stay at the campus the youth will be imparted quality education for 10+2 which in turn will help them to face the written examination confidently. This will be a part of their training programmer.

Knowledge

a) Knowledge the real drawback for rural youth is that lack of information and training that is why they are far behind particularly in recruitment process of Indian Armed forces. Uniq Skill Development Academy is trying to create awareness among the rural youth in different fields and bring them to limelight. This will certainly help the rural youth to develop self-confidence and stability and can make them to achieve success. The process includes organizing camps, providing good library &reading room facility, encourage them to participate in competitions such as quiz, general knowledge test etc, which will help the rural students to prepare themselves and compete with the urban lots.

b) Reading Room/Library: Uniq Skill Development Academy will have good library facility which contains books and CDs on different subjects such as Indian Defence & Security systems, politics, History, Sports Science and more, which certainly help the inmates to develop their knowledge and confidence.

c) Museum: Uniq Skill Development Academy is proposed to construct a museum which will be the first private museum to have all details about Indian defence and related topics. The proposed museum will accommodate the replicas of war tanks, fighter jets and war ships which will be procured by the concerned departments. This museum will provide comprehensive information about the journey of Indian armed forces along with parallel study with other nations.

d) Auditorium: Uniq Skill Development Academy is proposed to set up a full pledged multi-utility auditorium where films, documentaries and other related films on Indian Armed force, the recruitment process, Service Selection Board interview personality development and more will be screened for the information of inmates and visiting students.

e) War Memorial: Uniq Skill Development Academy will be the first private institution with a war memorial. Every day he inmates and students will pay tributes to the unknown soldier who kept our future bright by sacrificing himself for the nation. He will be the true hero and one should always remember his selfless service for protecting the country and the people.

Vision - 2024

Vision - 2024 though India is a member of billion populated nation, the sports is always a neglected area. The name of India stands below par with other nations during the international sports events such as Olympics, world championships etc. to create an atmosphere which can help the spirits of sports to rejuvenate the Uniq Skill Development Academy is planning to construct multi-utility stadium of international standards where individual and teams sports can get best quality training, in sports such as athletics, swimming, shooting, archery, fencing power lifting etc. by this we can able to compete in international events with confidence and valour.

a) Agriculture as most of the inmates and students are from the rural areas Uniq Skill Development Academy is proposed to develop cultivation interest among them. So the inmates will be allowed perform the agricultural activities during their training period, which will help them to develop bonding with their mother land.
